o Opportunity requires 30% of traveling time (Domestic & International)
• Fluency in English is a must
• Operating a POS system in english is a must
• Minimum 3 years of previous Area Management experience
• Minimum 5 years of fashion Retail experience overall
• Flexibility of working patterns (weekend, morning shifts, evening shifts)
• Previous stocktake experience
• Chairing weekly/monthly meetings with the teams

• Dynamic leader who is energetic, with a passion for success
• Experience leading a team to success within a retail environment
• Love to multi-task, with a can-do attitude

• Inspire and empower your team to achieve and exceed sales budgets, create a good team spirit, develop strong collaboration, and maintain harmonious working environments for increasing staff engagement
• Building a highly engaged workforce and a workplace that is highly sought after within the market
• Attract, recruit and induct new team members and promote a strong focus on succession planning within the teams
• Drive solutions through identifying where issues or inefficiencies may be – and raising ideas, plans and approaches for execution
• Effectively communicate overall company objectives and strategies to support the achievement of those objectives
• Drive, coach and deliver exceptional customer service standards
• Coach and provide constructive feedback to Store Managers for professional development

• Closely monitor store performance, define strategy, and implement different action plans to optimize business development and retail operations
• Ensure VM standards are consistently maintained and adhered to

• Provide stores with any other tools and resources necessary to their success
• Maintain keen awareness of competitor movements and activities
• Be an advocator to embrace changes, open to innovative ideas, and take corrective measures when required
• Translate strategic business goals into concrete individual and team goals, regularly monitoring progress
