We are currently looking for an Assembly Supervisor with experience in pump assembly and rotating equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the end-to-end assembly of horizontal and vertical pumps
• Ensure assembly activities are carried out according to technical drawings and specifications
• Monitor assembly quality, alignment, and fit-up activities
• Coordinate with production, QC, and maintenance teams for smooth workflow
• Ensure proper utilization of manpower, tools, and materials
• Maintain safety and quality standards during assembly operations
• Prepare daily progress updates and assembly reports

Requirements:

• Experience in assembly and maintenance of horizontal and vertical pumps
• Knowledge of rotating equipment and mechanical assembly procedures
• Ability to read engineering drawings and technical documents
• Good leadership and coordination skills
• Experience in industrial or oil & gas projects is preferred
