Assets Management Executive (Construction Industry)
Location: Al Khobar / Dammam
Experience: 3+ years in asset tracking and equipment management
Key Responsibilities:
• Track usage, movement, and maintenance of equipment and assets
• Maintain detailed inventory records
• Plan for preventive maintenance and equipment availability
• Generate reports on asset performance and utilization
Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related field
• Proficiency in asset management software and Excel
• Familiarity with heavy equipment used in construction
