Job Description:
Assist the Baker in preparing bread, pastries, cakes, and other bakery products.
Measure, mix, and prepare ingredients according to approved recipes.
Assist with baking, decorating, portioning, and packaging bakery items.
Ensure products meet required quality, taste, and presentation standards.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bakery area, equipment, and tools.
Monitor ingredients and report stock shortages to the supervisor.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and company procedures at all times.
Requirements:
Relevant experience in a bakery, hotel, restaurant, catering, or food production environment.
Basic knowledge of baking methods, ingredients, and equipment.
Good understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
Ability to work efficiently in a team and follow instructions.
Working Hours: 8 hours per day, 6 days per week
