Responsibilities:

Assisting in preparing and cooking breakfast dishes and light meals

Ensuring high standards of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness

Prepping ingredients and maintaining stock levels

Supporting the Head Chef during service

Contributing to menu development and new ideas

Qualifications:

We’re serving more than coffee — our dine-in breakfast menu is crafted with care, and we’re looking for an Assistant Chef to help us bring it to life. If you’re passionate about cooking, fast on your feet, and enjoy a creative kitchen environment, we want to meet you. Prior breakfast or café kitchen experience is a plus, but energy and enthusiasm are key.
