Merams Andhra Bhavan is looking for a dedicated and skilled Assistant Cook to join our kitchen team.

The ideal candidate will assist in preparing authentic Andhra-style dishes, with a special focus on breakfast items like idli, dosa, vada, upma, and more.

Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing daily breakfast and main course meals

Support the head cook with chopping, marinating, and basic cooking

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen

Ensure timely preparation and service

Follow recipes and cooking procedures specific to Andhra cuisine

Requirements:

Experience in South Indian/Andhra cuisine preferred, especially breakfast

Ability to work early morning shifts

Hardworking and reliable with a willingness to learn

Basic kitchen knowledge and food safety awareness

Team player with good communication skills

Salary: Negotiable based on experience

Timing: Morning shift (starting early for breakfast prep)
