Four star hotel in Bahrain looking for a Assistant Front Office Manager,
Job Responsibilities:
Assist in overseeing daily front office operations, ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs.
Supervise and train front desk staff to maintain exceptional guest service standards.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and standards.
Coordinate with housekeeping, reservations, and other departments for seamless operations.
Monitor occupancy levels, room rates, and revenue management strategies.
Prepare reports and assist in budgeting and cost control measures.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.
Strong leadership, Team Handling, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proficiency in hotel management software (IDS/Opera or similar).
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
