About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and organized Assistant Property Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our property portfolio. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining high tenant satisfaction, ensuring properties are well-maintained, and supporting the Property Manager with administrative and operational duties.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing daily operations of residential/commercial properties.
Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor services.
Handle tenant inquiries, lease renewals, and move-in/move-out inspections.
Maintain accurate property records and databases.
Support rent collection.
Assist with marketing and leasing of vacant units.
Ensure compliance with property management policies and relevant regulations.
Qualifications & Skills
Diploma or Degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Business, or related field. (ALL APPLICANTS ARE WELCOME)
Previous experience in property management or real estate. (Not obligatory)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving skills.
