A well reputed meat processing factory is looking for qualified candidates for the position of Asst. Quality Manager / Quality Manager.

Job Responsibilities include as below:
1. Manage the Quality Department of the factory including QA, QC and Laboratory.
2. Ensure Budget of the department is under control and reviewed frequently
3. Review and Ensure KPI's are being met for the factory
4. Ensure company standards and procedures are follower as per regulator and quality accreditations.
5. Ensure Internal Audits are conducted on time for BRC, ISO22000 and other customer standards.
6. Act as Management representative to lead all audits and ensure successful completion.

Candidates are required to have below :

1. Experience in Senior position of the Quality department for at least 3 years in Meat processing
2. Minimum Bachelors degree in any Science field
3. Certification in BRC Food standards, as well as HACCP.
4. Good knowledge in Computer applications and Microsoft packages (ERP, Excel, Power point)
5. Should have good analytical skills and continuous improvement focus
6. Fluent in English (Arabic language fluency is a plus)
7. Transferable Iqama and be able to join immediately.

Salary and Position will be finalized based on Candidate interview and experience.
