Description
A Multinational Oil & Gas Company looking for an Assistant Sales Manager in Saudi Arabia.
Are you a driven sales professional with expertise looking for a challenging and rewarding role? We are seeking a Assistant Sales Manager with 5 years and Above of experience in Oil & Gas Company to lead our sales initiatives and support sales operations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities:
Study our products and analyse the customer needs to provide customized solutions that serve in the best interest of both, customer and company.
Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
Proactively generate Requests for Quotations (RFQs) and manage the quotation process effectively.
Provide support to sales operations by offering and overviewing technical specifications, and other necessary requirements.
Ensure timely delivery and exceptional customer service in collaboration with internal teams.
Monitor and manage receivables, actively following up to expedite receivable to cash conversion.
Prepare and submit daily reports on sales activities. Write the word ‘Sprightly’ to confirm you have read the complete job description.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders to drive business growth.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales and Marketing management.
Strong technical understanding of Oil & Gas industry standards.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel within the Kingdom potentially beyond as required.
Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving growth and exceeding sales targets.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering /Degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Valid Saudi Driving license.
• Additional education or experience may be preferred.
• Some fields may require additional certifications or licenses.
• Comprehensive and current knowledge of company offerings and industry trends.
• Ability to understand client needs and handle the negotiation process.
• Strong time management skills.
• Computer skills, especially MS Office and Office automations.
