We are seeking a caring and dedicated Teacher Assistant to support teachers in daily classroom activities.

The ideal candidate will assist in creating a positive learning environment and help students with academic and behavioral needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the teacher in classroom management and lesson activities.

Assist students individually or in small groups with learning tasks.

Help prepare teaching materials, worksheets, and classroom resources.

Supervise students during class, breaks, and activities.

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment.

Assist with administrative tasks such as attendance and record keeping.

Communicate effectively with teachers and school staff.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a school or educational environment is an advantage.

Basic understanding of child development and classroom support.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Patience, responsibility, and a positive attitude.

Ability to work well in a team.

Relevant educational qualifications are a plus.
