Experience: 3-4 Years Full Time

Job Responsibilities:

1) Design, Prepare and deliver HSE training programs in line with end users and international standards.

2) Conduct onboarding safety inductions for new employees and subcontractors.

3) Deliver inhouse training on such topics such as safety orientation/induction, work at height, PTW, Heat stress, emergency response and more.

4) Evaluate training effectiveness through cross questioning, written tests, observation, and feedback.
5) Maintain training master sheet, attendance logs, master sheet of SABIC Passport Issuance and certification tracking.
6) Identify skill gaps and recommend specialized to enhance workforce competency.
7) Support Continuous improvement by updating training materials based on feedback and incident trends.

8) Prepare monthly KPI report related to safety induction, end users’ virtual orientation support as per plan and execution.

9) Execute monthly Facility inspection regarding safety equipment and their performance and report on time.

10) Conduct on demand site trainings as per end users or based on assessment gaps.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree OR International Safety Diploma
Training background and experience will be preferred
NEBOSH mandatory
Languages: Good Communication skills in English and Hindi/Urdu
