Assistant Waiter

Starting Salary: SAR 1,800 plus FREE shared accommodation, transportation, and duty meal

Location: Laysen Valley, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Job Brief: We are looking for an energetic and polite Assistant Waiter / Food Runner to join our team at a luxury cafe in Riyadh. Your main job is to support our servers and make sure our guests receive their food and drinks quickly and correctly. You will be the bridge between the kitchen and the dining room, ensuring every plate looks perfect and every guest feels welcome.

Job Responsibilities

Carry plates and drinks from the kitchen or bar to the correct guest tables as soon as the food is ready.

Keep tables clean and set them up with the correct cutlery, napkins, and glassware before new guests arrive.

Help the main waiters by refilling side stations, clearing away empty plates, and bringing extra items like sauces or bread.

Learn our food and drink menu so you can answer basic questions from guests if they ask.

Keep the dining area and the "pickup" station in the kitchen tidy and organized at all times.

Greet guests with a smile and a professional attitude, making sure they have everything they need to enjoy their meal.

Work closely with the chefs and waiters to make sure special requests or allergies are handled correctly.

Qualifications

You should be friendly, hardworking, and able to stay calm and polite when the cafe is very busy.

You must be able to speak and understand English well (Arabic is a big plus) to talk with our international guests and team.

Since this is a high-end cafe, you must take pride in your grooming and wear your uniform neatly every day.
