Description
Main Duties
Handle car sales invoices, down payments, and vehicle costing.
Record rental contracts, monthly rental income, fuel, fines, and deposits.
Manage supplier invoices, expenses, petty cash, and payment vouchers.
Prepare daily cash reports and bank reconciliation.
Apply VAT correctly for sales, rental, parts, and workshop services.
Maintain accounts receivable and follow up on customer payments.
Prepare monthly reports (P&L, sales report, stock report).
Requirements
Filipino female
Experience in accounting (automotive preferred)
Strong Excel skills
Knowledge of Bahrain VAT
