Description
We are seeking a friendly and professional Customer Service Representative to handle client interactions in our automotive body shop.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and assist with service inquiries.
Create repair estimates and explain repair processes.
Schedule appointments and follow up on jobs.
Handle billing, payments, and insurance claims.
Address customer complaints and ensure satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records in the management system.
Requirements
Minimum 1–2 years of customer service experience (automotive preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
Basic knowledge of auto body repairs is a plus.
Proficient in MS Office and service software.
