Supervise the day to day activities of the bakery section.
Production, preparation and baking wide variety of bakery products such as cakes, cookies, pies, muffins, bread and variety of desserts etc.
In addition to desserts the Head Baker will also monitor the staff in-charge of salad preparation while maintaining the standard operating procedures in general.
Responsible for for accurate food cost report, develop, design or create new ideas.
Train and supervise workers, prepare work schedule of CPU staff.
Ensure proper sanitation and safety standards.
Bakery: 1 year (Preferred)
