Description
We are currently looking for an experienced Baking Assistant to join our team.
Salary 150 - 170
Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in Baking
9 Hours / 26 Days
Accommodation & Transportation provided by the Company.
Core Duties and Responsibilities
Production Assistance: Measuring, sifting, and mixing ingredients; kneading dough; decorating cakes/pastries; and monitoring oven times.
Customer Service: Greeting customers, providing product information, processing payments at the POS, and taking special orders.
Cleaning and Sanitation: Sanitizing tools, surfaces, and machinery; washing dishes; and mopping/sweeping floors.
Inventory Control: Restocking display cases, monitoring stock levels, and unloading ingredient deliveries.
Support & Safety: Operating bakery equipment (mixers, ovens) safely, following food safety regulations, and assisting senior bakers.
