Job Summary

Provide professional barber services to compound residents and guests while maintaining high standards of hygiene, grooming, and customer service. The candidate must speak English confidently to understand customer requests and explain available services.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide haircuts, beard trimming, shaving, and hairstyling according to customer preferences.
- Communicate politely and effectively in English with residents and guests.

- Keep tools, equipment, workstations, and towels clean and sanitized.
- Follow safe practices when using razors, clippers, and other equipment.
- Maintain a professional appearance and good personal hygiene.
- Monitor supplies and report replenishment or equipment maintenance needs.
- Follow approved service prices and payment procedures.
- Report customer complaints promptly to the supervisor.
- Comply with compound rules and company procedures.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Minimum two years of experience as a professional barber.
- Good spoken English is mandatory.
- Proficiency in modern and classic haircuts, beard grooming, and shaving.
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures and safe tool handling.
- Friendly attitude, punctuality, and strong customer service skills.
Salary and Benefits

- Basic Salary: SAR 2,200 per month.
- Food Allowance: SAR 300 per month.
- Total Monthly Salary: SAR 2,500.
- Transportation: Provided by the company.
- Accommodation: Provided by the company.
- Contract Duration: Two years.
- Other Terms and Benefits: As per company policy.
