Job Description:
Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, tea, and other beverages according to standard recipes.
Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other café equipment safely and efficiently.
Maintain consistent beverage quality, taste, and presentation.
Provide professional and friendly customer service.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and service area.
Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the supervisor.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and company standards at all times.
Requirements:
1-2 years of relevant experience as a Barista in a café, restaurant, hotel, or similar environment.
Good knowledge of coffee preparation and beverage-making techniques.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Working Hours: 8 hours per day, 6 days per week
