We are seeking a skilled and friendly Barista to join our team. The Barista will greet customers, take orders, prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for coffee and tea.

Job Description

Greet customers and take orders
Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
Operate coffee equipment, such as espresso machines and grinders
Handle cash and credit card transactions
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Stock and replenish supplies as needed
Answer customer questions about menu items and ingredients
Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines

Requirements:

Female
Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of coffee and tea brewing techniques
Ability to operate coffee equipment, such as espresso machines and grinders
Strong communication skills
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
High school diploma or equivalent

Physical Demands:

Ability to stand for extended periods of time
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
Ability to bend, stoop, and reach
