We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team in the Food & Beverage industry. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in coffee preparation, excellent customer service skills, and a genuine passion for creating exceptional beverage experiences.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, teas, and smoothies.

Operate coffee equipment (espresso machines, grinders, blenders) safely and efficiently.

Customize beverages according to customer preferences and dietary requirements.

Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic work environment.

Greet customers, take orders, and provide recommendations from the menu.

Handle cash and card transactions accurately using the POS system.

Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all beverages.

Monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed.

Follow health and safety standards in food and beverage handling.

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.

Support store events or off-site functions when required.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar customer-facing F&B role.

Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and espresso machine operation.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.

Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

Basic math skills for handling payments and orders.

Passionate about coffee, customer service, and hospitality.

High school diploma or equivalent.
