Description
Summary:
Prepare and serve premium coffee, tea, and specialty beverages while delivering exceptional customer service. Maintain the highest standards of quality, cleanliness, and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare espresso-based and specialty drinks to company standards.
Provide friendly, efficient, and personalized service to guests.
Maintain cleanliness of the bar and equipment.
Ensure product freshness and consistent quality.
Handle cash and POS transactions accurately.
Support daily operations and restock supplies as needed.
Requirements:
Minimum 1–2 years’ barista or cafe experience.
Strong knowledge of coffee preparation and brewing methods.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Attention to detail and a passion for quality.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
