Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our 5-star brand. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, including specialty coffees and teas, while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve quality coffee, tea, and other beverages.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and equipment.
Deliver outstanding guest service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Follow brand standards and hygiene protocols.
Assist in daily cafe operations as required.
Requirements:
Philippine nationality preferred.
Proven experience as a barista (minimum 2 years).
Knowledge of coffee machines, brewing techniques, and latte art is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude and professional appearance.
