Description
Job Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Barista Supervisor
• Strong knowledge and hands-on skills in preparing various types of coffee
• Ability to lead and supervise a team effectively
• Fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing)
• Valid Iqama is a must (transferable)

Main Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily operations of the barista team in the cafeteria
• Ensure high-quality coffee preparation and customer service
• Train and guide new baristas
• Monitor inventory and place supply orders when needed
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at all times
• Coordinate with management regarding staff performance and needs
