We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Barman / Bartender to join our vibrant bar club team in Juffair, Bahrain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving a wide range of beverages, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and well-stocked bar environment. This role requires a strong knowledge of mixology, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including classic cocktails and innovative creations.

Customer Interaction: Engage with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations based on their preferences.

Bar Management: Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain bar inventory, ordering supplies as needed.
Cash Handling: Process transactions accurately and manage cash and credit sales.

Legal Compliance: Verify customers' ages to ensure compliance with legal drinking age requirements.

Experience: Proven experience as a bartender, preferably in a similar setting.

Strong knowledge of mixology and drink recipes.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy items.
Familiarity with bar equipment and inventory management.
Education: Relevant training or certification in bartending is advantageous.
