A leading Hospitality & Catering Company in Saudi Arabia is urgently hiring experienced Live BBQ Assistants.

Position:

Candidate Requirements:

* Minimum **2–3 years of experience in BBQ, grilling, or restaurant kitchens.
* Experience assisting at a **live barbecue/grill station**.
* Knowledge of meat preparation, marination, skewering, and grilling.
* Familiar with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
* Ability to prepare BBQ ingredients and maintain the grill station.
* Experience in hotels, restaurants, catering companies, or live BBQ outlets is preferred.
* Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Basic English communication skills.
* Immediate joiners are preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

* Assist the BBQ Chef during live grilling operations.
* Prepare and marinate meat, chicken, seafood, and vegetables.
* Set up and maintain the live BBQ station.
* Ensure food is prepared and served according to quality standards.
* Clean and organize the BBQ area, equipment, and utensils.
* Follow all food hygiene and workplace safety procedures.
