About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to lead our Sales team and drive business growth.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing teams, achieving targets, and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the branch.
Lead and motivate staff to meet sales and performance targets.
Build strong relationships with clients and the community.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Prepare regular reports on branch performance.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial role (branch management preferred).
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
