Description
We are looking for branch supervisor for fast food restaurant
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the branch to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Manage and train staff to maintain high standards of customer service and food quality.
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the fast food or hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Nationality: Philippine
5 years experience in the same field is required
