We are looking for an experienced Buffet Chef (Organizer) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in buffet presentation, menu planning, and food costing.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and organize buffet menus for daily and special occasions
Create attractive buffet setups and plating presentations
Ensure consistent food quality and portion control
Prepare costing sheets and maintain food cost targets
Supervise kitchen staff and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Buffet Chef or similar role
Strong creativity in menu and buffet presentation
Knowledge of costing, inventory, and kitchen operations
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Religion: Muslim
