Description
We are looking for a responsible, polite, and attentive building watchman/caretaker to manage day-to-day building needs.
The role includes monitoring entry and exit of visitors, maintaining cleanliness in common areas, assisting tenants with basic requests, and ensuring safety and order in the premises.
Salary, accommodation, and utilities are included along with regular weekly breaks.
Preference for candidates with good communication skills and prior building maintenance or caretaker experience.
