Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales and Business Account Officer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will identify and develop new sales opportunities, manage the entire sales cycle, and maintain strong relationships with both existing and potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Management:

1. Identify, qualify, and develop new leads.

2. Progress sales opportunities through all stages of the sales cycle.

3. Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

4. Track and report sales performance regularly.

Client Accounts:

1. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts.

2. Identify and cultivate new opportunities with prospective clients.

Strategic Contributions:

1. Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies.

2. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity.

Required Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and/or business development, preferably within the logistics industry.

2. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving measurable results.

3. Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

4. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

5. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

6. Excellent time management and organizational skills.

7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant CRM tools.

8. A degree in a relevant field (preferred) or equivalent professional experience.
