Description

Nair Systems is currently looking for Business Analyst for our UAE operations with the following Skill set and terms & conditions.
Skills & Experience
• Results oriented individual who is self-motivated with a drive to deliver.
• Must of excellent problem-solving skills along with the ability to think critically.
• Must have great interpersonal skills that allow them to work collaboratively in teams and drive decisions.
• Program management experience.
• Prior experience in launching digital onboarding journeys is good to have
• Prior experience of 3 to 5 years in managing banking projects involving multiple stakeholder engagement.
• Proven track record of managing the development and delivery of Digital programs.
• Excellent communication, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Key Accountabilities of the role
Strategic Initiatives
• Act as a key support to Business Owner in coordinating with key internal stakeholders, including the executive management, IT, Credit Policy, Legal, CPR, Sharia, Compliance teams etc on collating requirements for launch of new digital initiatives.
• Support Business Owner in aligning internal stakeholders on the process flows, UI / UX and gathering credit rules to be configured as a part of the deployment of new journeys.
• Review and finalize the communication templates including obtaining necessary approvals internally across stakeholders.
• Build scenarios to facilitate end to end testing to ensure the built and output as per the requirement.
• Support Business Owner in implementation of digital programs aligning with the bank’s overall objectives and enhance customer experience.
• Engagement with vendor(s) to deliver market leading products and services.
• Support Business Onwer in preparing a detailed project update along with key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management.
• Support in delivery of new Digital onboarding journeys which includes Covered Cards, Home Finance & Auto Finance .
Business Optimization & Monitoring
• Lead initiatives to enhance customer experience on digital platforms, focusing on mobile app functionality, usability, and accessibility.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and automate digital processes.
• Support the formalization and development of deliverables as per the approved business cases.
