Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Business Development Engineer / Officer to support the company’s growth by securing new projects, building strong client relationships, and converting opportunities into awarded contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the industrial sector
• Visit clients, contractors, and industrial plants in Jubail and the Eastern Province
• Register Company as an approved vendor with clients and contractors
• Follow up on RFQs / RFPs and coordinate with technical teams
• Participate in preparing technical and commercial proposals
• Follow up on submitted offers until contract award
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial)
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Business Development or Technical Sales
• Strong experience in the Saudi industrial market (Jubail experience is a major advantage)
• Good understanding of mechanical, electrical, and fabrication works
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Good command of English (spoken & written)
• Valid driving license in Saudi Arabia
