Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strong relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth through achieving specific sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition: Identify and research potential clients and market opportunities to expand the customer base.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to foster long-term partnerships.
Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and identify areas for growth.
Sales Presentations: Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value of our offerings.
Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to align product offerings with client needs and feedback.
Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets; track progress and adjust strategies as needed to drive revenue growth.
Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the company and generate leads.
Reporting: Prepare and maintain detailed reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback to inform decision-making.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar target-driven role, with specific experience in software sales.
Strong understanding of sales principles and proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients effectively.
