We are hiring a results-driven Business Development Executive with proven experience in Saudi Arabia’s contracting and oil & gas sector to identify opportunities, secure contracts, and expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in key sectors (construction, infrastructure, oil & gas).
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and government stakeholders.
Prepare proposals, bids, and presentations tailored to KSA market needs.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and project pipelines in Saudi Arabia.
Negotiate contracts and terms to ensure profitability and compliance.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to strategic growth plans.
Represent the company at industry events and networking forums.

Requirements:

Must-Have:
5+ years of business development experience in KSA’s contracting or oil & gas industry.
Track record of securing contracts and achieving sales targets.
Strong network with KSA-based contractors, government entities, and clients.
Knowledge of KSA regulations, compliance, and business practices.
Fluency in English and Arabic.
Valid KSA driver’s license.
