Brillianz Educational Group is hiring a Business Development Executive (Academic Counselor) for our branches in Dammam.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree or related qualification
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Academic Counseling, Sales, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to achieve sales targets and build client relationships
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Candidates must currently be residing in Saudi Arabia
- Keralites preferred

Job Responsibilities:

- Counsel students and parents regarding educational programs and career opportunities
- Generate leads and convert inquiries into enrollments
- Maintain relationships with prospective and existing students
- Follow up on inquiries through calls, emails, and meetings
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets
- Coordinate with academic and administrative teams to ensure excellent student service
