A reputed company is seeking an experienced Indian (Keralite) Male Manpower Recruitment Consultant based in Saudi Arabia.
• Position: Business Development Executive (BDE) / Recruitment Consultant
• Location: Saudi Arabia
• Nationality: Indian (Kerala)
• Gender: Male
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in manpower recruitment
• Driving License: Saudi Driving License (Mandatory)
• Remuneration: Salary + Attractive Incentives (based on experience and performance)

Key Responsibilities

• Client Acquisition: Develop new Saudi clients and explore manpower recruitment opportunities across various industries.
• Relationship Management: Build and sustain long-term relationships with HR Managers, Procurement Officers, and key company decision-makers.
• Requirement Handling: Efficiently handle end-to-end manpower requests from Saudi employers.
• Sourcing & Selection: Coordinate candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection workflows.
• Deployment Management: Follow up with clients and selected candidates through mobilization until final deployment.
• Field Sales & Marketing: Conduct outdoor marketing and field visits to expand client network.
• Target Achievement: Meet and exceed assigned recruitment and business development targets.

Candidate Requirements

• 2+ years of direct manpower recruitment experience in the GCC/Saudi market.
• Deep knowledge of Saudi labor market dynamics and recruitment processes.
• Pre-existing contacts with Saudi HR managers and client networks (strongly preferred).
• Valid Saudi Driving License is mandatory.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently in the field.
