We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in Saudi Arabia.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving B2B sales, acquiring new construction projects, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

The role demands strategic planning, active field visits, and consistent customer engagement to grow the company’s market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for B2B sales of construction services in the KSA market of 13 regions.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business targets.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients to secure repeat business and referrals.
Conduct key sales activities including presentations, cold calling, client visits, sales meetings, and promotional events.
Arrange individual and group meetings with potential and existing clients to understand project requirements and propose solutions.
Provide accurate and timely business updates and client feedback to the Sales Manager.
Conduct regular monthly follow-ups with sales associates and clients to identify new business opportunities.
Establish and maintain a well-organized and strategically segmented customer database.

Working Conditions:

Experience in Architectural Metal / Architectural Glass / Architectural Aluminium Fabrication & Instalation (Metal/Glass/Aluminium products)
Field visits to clients, construction sites, and company offices across regions in KSA.
Flexible work hours depending on client availability and project timelines.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar business development or sales role in KSA (construction sector preferred).
