A leading construction company in Khobar, KSA, is urgently seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team.

Requirements:

Fluent in Arabic and English.

Has a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or Engineering field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in the same role within the construction industry in KSA.

Proven track record in contacting potential clients (government & private sector) to establish rapport and arrange meetings.

Strong ability to identify, pursue, and secure new projects while maintaining existing client relationships.

Expertise in monitoring government and private sector tenders via electronic platforms and assessing their suitability for the company.

Strategic thinker with skills in market research, opportunity analysis, and tender management.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategies to expand the company’s client base and project pipeline.

Liaise with government and private entities to explore new business opportunities.

Evaluate tender opportunities and ensure alignment with company capabilities.

Enhance the company’s market presence and drive revenue growth.
