Key Responsibilities
Identify and drive new business opportunities (new locations, markets, partnerships, franchises).
Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with brand and business objectives.
Conduct market research & competitive analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities.
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance to support new launches and campaigns.
Track sales KPIs, evaluate performance, and implement action plans to boost revenue.
Ensure all business development activities adhere to brand standards and operational excellence.
Oversee end-to-end project management for new outlet launches or business initiatives.
Who We’re Looking For
3–7 years of experience in business development, preferably in hospitality, F&B, or retail.
Strong network and understanding of the food & beverage market.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Strategic thinker with a hands-on, execution-driven approach.
Passion for Italian food, culture, and delivering top-notch customer experiences.
