We are looking for a highly experienced Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives for our construction firm. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in securing high-value projects, strong industry connections, and a deep understanding of the Saudi construction market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in both public and private sectors
• Build and maintain strategic client relationships
• Collaborate with tendering and technical teams for project bidding
• Lead negotiations and support proposal submissions
• Report on market trends, pipeline, and performance metrics

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Engineering or Business (MBA preferred)
• 10+ years in business development with a construction company in KSA
• Strong network across government and private sectors
• Familiarity with tender platforms like Etimad
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills
• Must have a transferable Iqama
• Immediate joiners preferred
