Role Overview

We are looking for a female candidate under the age of 40yrs with a proven track record in Sales, Marketing, and Business Development within the service industry in Bahrain.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, building strong client relationships, and expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the executive search and placement industry.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
• Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings.
• Prepare and present business proposals, reports, and presentations to potential clients.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the company.

Requirements:

 Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
 Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, and Business Development, preferably within the service industry in Bahrain.
 Strong understanding of the Bahraini market and business landscape.
 Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
 Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
 Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
 Valid Bahraini driving license is a must.
