We are a leading contracting company in Saudi Arabia, working under the umbrella of top main contractors in infrastructure, MEP, solar energy, fire-fighting, and construction projects.

We are looking for a Business Development Manager who already has strong connections and relationships in the contracting field and can bring new projects under subcontracting systems.

Main Responsibilities:

• Bring new projects from large contracting companies (Subcontract model).
• Build and maintain strong connections with project and procurement managers.
• Get market prices and competitor information through your network.
• Follow up projects from quotation to award.
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction or contracting projects.
• Strong existing connections with major companies in Saudi Arabia.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Valid Iqama and driving license.
