JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to lead and expand our Heavy Equipment Rental Division. The ideal candidate will have strong market knowledge, established client contacts, and proven sales experience in the construction, infrastructure, or oil & gas sectors.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and execute business development strategies to grow the heavy equipment rental business.
Identify new clients and maintain relationships with contractors, construction companies, and industrial clients.
Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and rental agreements.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Coordinate with operations, logistics, and maintenance teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain CRM records and generate weekly/monthly sales reports.
Participate in tenders, trade shows, and client meetings.
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in heavy equipment rental / construction equipment sales.
Strong client network in construction, infrastructure, or oil & gas sectors.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Valid Driving License (GCC preferred).
Transferable Iqama (for candidates inside Saudi Arabia).
Arabic/English bilingual candidates are an advantage.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
Knowledge of equipment types: cranes, forklifts, generators, excavators, boom lifts, etc.
Strong market research & lead generation abilities.
Ability to work independently under pressure.
Strong presentation and reporting skills.

Team leadership experience is a plus.
