We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving growth by identifying new opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and bringing valuable business to our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the mechanical contracting field, focusing on maintenance contracts, long-term agreements with industrial clients, and RTR piping installation projects.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including industrial giants and potential partners in the Kingdom.
Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to expand our project portfolio.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

Proven experience (minimum 5-7 years) in business development within the contracting industry, preferably in mechanical projects, maintenance, or construction.
Strong track record of successfully bringing in new business and securing contracts with industrial clients.
In-depth knowledge of the Saudi market, including regulations, industrial sectors, and networking channels.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Willingness to travel within the Kingdom as needed.
