We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our cleaning and facility services company.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in sales, client relationship management, and identifying new business opportunities in the cleaning and maintenance industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand client base and market presence.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.

Work closely with the operations team to ensure client satisfaction and service quality.

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop effective strategies.

Prepare regular reports on sales performance and business development progress.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar sales role, preferably in the cleaning or facility management industry.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.

Valid driver’s license.
