A pioneering Contracting firm based in Dammam, KSA, is seeking a high-caliber Business Development Manager specializing in ELV Systems, Fire Suppression, and Smart Building Automation.

The ideal candidate must possess at least 12-20 years of specialized experience within the Saudi market, with a focus on industrial and large-scale commercial sectors.

Required candidates must have a deep understanding of KSA Civil Defense (HCIS) regulations and a robust network among consultants and developers/End Users in the Eastern Province.

The role requires the ability to identify opportunities in integrated security, fire safety,fire Supression and fire fighting and BMS building management systems.

Business acumen and a proven track record of securing 30M+ SAR packages annually and consistently are essential.

Candidates must be tech-fluent, capable of utilizing CRM and tendering software to ensure full visibility of the sales pipeline and conversion metrics.
