Description

Role Purpose:

Looking for a dynamic, result oriented Sales professional to develop companies industrial coating market segment in Western region of Saudi Arabia.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in floor coating, industrial coating, etc.
Promote company services to warehouses, EPC contractors, and clients.
Prepare and present commercial offers and quotations
Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
Maintain and manage a strong sales pipeline
Conduct client meetings and site visits to support deal closure
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and orders
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery
Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activities
Identify new market opportunities and customer segments
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates
Ensure compliance with company pricing policies and approval processes
Support contract discussions and negotiations

Job Requirements:

2-4 years of experience preferably in paint, building materials, etc.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets
Experience in handling quotations, orders, and customer accounts
Good understanding of the local market and customer base
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field relevant to sales and construction materials
Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP / CRM systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused with strong relationship-building skills

Preferably KSA driving license and transferable Iqama
