Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities for O&M (Operations & Maintenance) services.
Develop relationships with facility owners, developers, EPC contractors, government entities, and industrial clients.
Identify upcoming O&M tenders, contracts, and outsourcing opportunities.
Prepare and submit commercial and technical proposals in coordination with Operations, HR, Finance, and Estimation teams.
Lead prequalification, tendering, negotiation, and contract-award processes.
Develop pricing strategies, manpower plans, mobilization requirements, and commercial proposals.
Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective O&M projects and regularly report business-development activities to management.
Conduct market research and monitor competitors, market rates, and emerging opportunities.
Visit existing and potential clients to understand their operational requirements and develop customized service solutions.
Negotiate commercial terms and support contract finalization.
Coordinate with the operations team during handover and mobilization of newly awarded contracts.
Maintain long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for contract extensions, renewals, and additional services.
Achieve agreed sales, revenue, and contract-acquisition targets.
