At ClayBoat Contracting Company we are looking for a Business Development Officer to help expand our presence across construction, civil, electromechanical, and industrial projects.

Key responsibilities:

Identify new business opportunities and track tenders and RFQs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders.
Prepare proposals, company documents, and support strategic growth initiatives.
Assist in driving business growth and coordinating with internal teams.
Maintain records of business development activities and prepare regular progress reports.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in construction, oil & gas, or contracting industries.
Strong understanding of tendering, bidding, and contract procedures.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and documentation handling.
Fluency in English.

The fixed salary is 3500 SAR.
